With over ten years of experience within Information and Technology, I have had the benefit of managing and implementation of many projects. I joined Bourne Steel back in 2001, their IT infrastructure was in quite a mess, they By I left the Bourne Group Holdings in 2008 with a solid infrastructure.

I developed strategies that minimize downtime by:

• Image of builds for faster recovery.
  
• Brought in "buffer computer stock"
  
• Move the purchasing of computers to corporate standard provider and away from "white box" suppliers.
  
• Developed an asset management system for IT audits
  
• Implemented remote desktop support across the group for effective support to remote sites.
  
• Implemated failsafe backup procedures.
